Do I need to be home at time of installation?
-No, if you are not home that is not a problem. We will get everything installed and either leave an invoice at your door or mail you one.
Do you have insurance?
-Yes. If you need a copy of our COI please contact us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
-No. We do not make you sign any multi-year contracts. Our customers can change up their service and even the color of lights from year to year if they choose.
What if I have issues with my lights not working?
-Please email Info@ChristmasLightsMadeEasy.com with your name, address and issue you are having. We will get someone out there as soon as possible to make the repair.
Can you install my lights?
-Unfortunately we cannot due to insurance reasons.
How do I get on the list for next year?
- Email us at Info@ChristmasLightsMadeEasy.com. Time slots do fill up so please don’t wait to contact us. We are not a reoccurring service and our first come first serve. Christmas Lights are a luxury and we don’t assume everyone wants them each year.
